Apartment 2 sleeps up to four people in two large en-suite bedrooms. The accommodation is spacious and comprises an entrance hall, two large en-suite bedrooms (one with double bed, and one with twin beds) and an open plan living/dining/kitchen area.  It is on one level, located on the first floor, accessed by stairs or lift, and boasts spectacular sea views from both the sitting room and master bedroom. It has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard, combining comfort and elegance.  Free WiFi is available.

With granite work surfaces and plenty of cupboard space, oven and hob, integrated refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer-drier. Microwave, toaster and new dinner set and kitchen ware. There is also a small freezer in the dining area.

Bedroom 1

Two windows with fantastic harbour and sea views, double bed with bedside cabinets,

and fitted bedroom furniture offering extensive drawer and wardrobe space.

Luxury en-suite bathroom (with over bath shower) basin and toilet. Shaver point.

Bedroom 2

Large window with town view, two single beds with bedside cabinets, wardrobe and chest

of drawers. Luxury en-suite shower room with large shower cubicle, basin and toilet.

Parking

Covered parking space for one car in private courtyard to rear.

Notes:

The apartment will be ready from 4 pm on the day of your arrival, and we would be grateful

if you could 'check out' by 10 am on the day of departure. We will always advise if it is

possible to alter these times.         

Access

The apartment is ideal for people with restricted mobility. The parking space is very near the

main door, and the apartment is accessed via a lift and is all on one level. It wasn't, however,

furnished or equipped specifically with the less able in mind so please contact us to discuss

your requirements.

Heating

The whole block is naturally warm, and the apartment has under-floor heating. Supplementary heat is available from the flame-effect electric fire in the living area.

Bedding

Linen and towels are provided for all guests. The beds are made up with 4.5 tog duvets in the height of the summer and 10 tog duvets the rest of the year. If this is not right for you, or the weather is unseasonable, please feel free to swap the duvets around. Similarly, the beds will be found made-up with bottom sheets and duvets. If you would like a top, flat sheet in addition to, or instead of the duvet on very hot nights, these will be provided. A pair of feather pillows is also available for those who prefer them and do not suffer from any allergies!
